Well when we did pick up the car, and went to go get our tags, we were informed that we were a week late in getting the tags and paying our taxes, so we had a $160 fine on top of our taxes! The temporary tag, and word of mouth from the salesman was that we had until the first week of March to get our tags without being fined a late charge, when in fact he had the papers date the week before.

When I called Bill White about the situation, Tony Montgomery said I was an inexperienced car buyer and that it was my fault I didn't know when to get my tags and hung up on me! He was rude and very unprofessional. I went down to the dealership, and several people said they understood my situation and was sorry and would try to get the money reimbursed to me, because it was not my fault that the dealership told me a later date. Still I have gotten no answer back from them except that Tony says it's our fault and that we were stupid! Where is the customer service after you sign on the dotted line for a purchase? It seems as though after we signed for the purchase of the vehicle, they were rude and did not provide the friendly customer service and professionalism that was promised. Since then, I have posted ratings for them, and they did tell me that they would get back to me after that, but it has been over 4 months later, and still no answer! I would not recommend this place to anyone! They change sales staff faster than their cars go off the lot!
