I am in the military, and they knew that. I was not expecting to get some special treatment, but I REALLY was not especting to vet completely HOSED. Stay away from Jackie Moran. She is not a very good Sales Rep. They are also very aggressive abut signing that day and don't want you to leave. During negotiations, every time I wanted to go and check the vehicle, they tried to keep me inside. Also, the Sales Managed, Chip is not a straight shooter. When i told him that I felt i got a raw deal, he said "YOu signed a contract." I said "Falling back on a contract is like saying that you fooled me." He said "Well...we did." Then later on he denied making that comment when i said i wanted to talk to the owner.
