Fixed our car while we were traveling - Vetteking

While traveling,we had an issue with our Buick Verano, check engine light and stalling. Stopped by Everett Buick right before closing where Seth quickly diagnosed the issue and set me up to get it fixed first thing in the morning. All the people at the dealership were friendly and helpful. Car was fixed quickly and we were back on the road. Additionally, since it was Friday, we were treated to chicken biscuits, doughnuts and coffee. Best dealership experience ever!

Josh was awesome! He attentively listened and was very friendly. It was my first time visiting this dealership and I will say that I definitely plan on returning to purchase more parts and have my VW serviced here. I had some unique requests for what I was looking to purchase from the parts team and Josh was able to help me with all of them! I even received some of my parts ahead of schedule! Everything fits perfectly, operates as designed, and really compliments my VW! I appreciate the hard work the parts team put in to take care of me! I failed to get the gentleman's name that helped me when I came to pick up my parts on 4/15/2023, but I think it should be said that he also provided excellent customer service and was very friendly!

We have had our vehicle serviced here for several years, since before it was McLarty Daniel. We have never had a bad experience. With prior mechanics, etc. I was nervous about my wife going by herself, but I feel like I can trust this dealership to be honest with us. A service department's job is to make money for the company, if they don't make money they stop existing, but I feel like this group prioritizes the customer too, under the idea that if they do right by the customer, the customer will come back. In my case, they are right. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and continue to get our GMC vehicles serviced there, even though I am sure I could get some of the work done at Walmart to save a little money.

They were very nice to work with. Took my VW Beetle in for airbag warranty work. They not only replace that but did a complete inspection on my car and washed it. I will be going back in the future.
