Initially, Crain Hyundai provided exceptional customer service during my purchase. Due to health issues, they accommodated a remote transaction and delivered my SUV to my home two hours away - truly outstanding service.
However, when I brought my vehicle in for recall service, their service department damaged my SUV. The service representative seemed eager to rush me away without properly addressing the damage, though I appreciate the technician who honestly admitted their error.
The inadequate repair has resulted in my engine light coming on two weeks ago. Despite multiple calls and messages, Crain Hyundai has completely failed to return any communication to resolve their mistake.
While their sales team excelled, the service department's poor handling of their error and complete lack of follow-up communication is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership, especially for out-of-town customers who may receive lower priority service.
