Josh was awesome! He attentively listened and was very friendly. It was my first time visiting this dealership and I will say that I definitely plan on returning to purchase more parts and have my VW serviced here. I had some unique requests for what I was looking to purchase from the parts team and Josh was able to help me with all of them! I even received some of my parts ahead of schedule! Everything fits perfectly, operates as designed, and really compliments my VW! I appreciate the hard work the parts team put in to take care of me! I failed to get the gentleman's name that helped me when I came to pick up my parts on 4/15/2023, but I think it should be said that he also provided excellent customer service and was very friendly!

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and extreme satisfaction with the service team at Frank Fletcher Jeep, and especially Dalton Carter. On March 8th, my son’s car broke down outside of Jonesboro. After an initial visit to another repair shop where the vehicle still wouldn’t start, we had it towed to Frank Fletcher Jeep. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the engine was severely damaged and needed to be replaced. Thankfully, we had a warranty — but the process was anything but simple. The warranty company insisted on multiple inspections, sending three different technicians over several weeks to determine if the damage was due to negligence. This is where Dalton truly shined. From the very beginning, Dalton and the Frank Fletcher team clearly understood that the issue wasn’t our fault. We had just had an oil change completed two days before the breakdown, and the vehicle had been running well. Despite the warranty company’s resistance, Dalton stood firm in defending us. He explained the situation thoroughly to the inspectors, firmly stating there was no negligence on our part. Thanks to his persistence and expertise, the warranty company ultimately approved the claim. Throughout this entire stressful ordeal, Dalton remained in constant communication with us. He showed genuine empathy and treated our situation with the utmost care and urgency. I truly believe we could not have had a better advocate. Beyond Dalton, others on the team — including Patty, Adrian, and another wonderful young lady whose name I regret not catching — treated us like family during this difficult time. I cannot overstate how impressed and grateful I am for the entire Frank Fletcher Jeep service team. They turned a potentially devastating situation into a manageable one through their dedication, compassion, and hard work. Ownership should be extremely proud — they have an exceptional team representing their dealership. Thank you all for everything you did for my family. You have earned our trust and lifelong loyalty.

Sorry, I CANNOT recommend services to be done at this location. It was way too costly to install a door handle at a cost of $422.00. When something seems to be wrong, it must be wrong. I was in Hot Springs visiting family and my door handle got broken and had to be replaced. After the work was performed, I called GM and got an estimate on the cost and time to install. It was half the amount I should have paid at Orr Cadillac charged me. I was told that was an extremely high mark up. We all live, learn and pay unjustly. The team members was great. No problems. The services was too costly.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point. Always friendly and helpful!

I used the Service Department and these people are the absolute BEST! They keep you informed as to what they are doing, when the vehicle will be done, and get permission to do the work! Always to perfection! I recommend this great dealership to have all your maintenance done. They also helped a couple who was on a trip to Florida from Colorado, dropped everything and immediately got going to help them! They have mechanics that get to the job as soon as you pull in! Classy and professional always!
