We have always received exceptional service from Phillipe Trussell in sales, with a no hassle approach and makes the process enjoyable and exciting as anything at this level should be. I wish I could say that about most dealers but it’s just not true. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a luxury car. They put the clients needs first and find solutions to problems. Phillipe will always be my first call when in the market for my next exotic. And I have to say, they always have the best designed inventory in stock that amazes me every time I call him to custom order something saving me the wait time!

My 2024 McLaren Artura had a suspension issue that kept the car in the shop for about three weeks, and Nic, the service manager, went above and beyond to take care of me. He made an exception with McLaren, kept me updated the entire time, and showed what true customer service looks like. I also recently had my windshield replaced, and the car was returned to me in absolutely perfect condition—clean, flawless, and ready to drive. Huge thanks to Nic for his outstanding communication and support every step of the way, and to Roger for the excellent delivery service. Top-tier service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The E-Sales Department gave me a quote, but refused to honor - autogallersucks

I contacted the E-sales department asking if they were willing to match a particular deal. the salesman kept me on for 20 minutes while he went to get "manager approval" at the end he confirmed that they would be willing to extend me the deal if i came in that day. 2 hours later when i show up i'm informed the manager thought i wasn't serous so he said yes but in reality he wasn't willing to give me the deal. when i spoke to the manager he pretended he wasn't the manager and that he never approved such a deal. then he proceeds to tell me if i want the car i'd have to pay 30% more and that i'm stupid for thinking anyone would ever offer a ghibli for $540 a month... This is not the place to buy a luxury car, they treat you like xxxx, they insult your intelligence and have no respect for your time.
