I brought my vehicle in for repair to VW of Downtown LA Normally taking a vehicle in to the dealer for repair is a nightmare but not at this dealer. Ryan from service from the moment I met him made me feel respected and special! He knows the meaning of “The customer always comes first” He explained everything in detail so I understood and when they had to keep my vehicle instead of sitting in a shoddy waiting area they arranged for a Lyft to pick me up and drop me off. Not only did my 2016 Volvo XC90 need its 120k mile service, but it was also in desperate need of repair. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Matt Thornton, Service Advisor for the duration of the work. Matt kept me up to date on all issues, no matter how great or small. He set me up with a loaner for the full term of my vehicle service. Matt was professional, kind and knowledgeable on all issues related to my Volvo. I can't recommend this dealership enough, especially after the service that was provided to me. I trust them to do honest work, and let's face it, you can't say that about every place. I also wanted to give a big shout out to the two technicians who worked on my car: Pete Lopez III & Luis Castillo. They were thorough and worked extra hard to find solutions to some of the problems presented that weren't typical issues. I appreciate their hard work!
