Worst service manager EVER..... - 500e

The lease process was not so bad on the 500e but the service mgr (Mike Garcia) has been a nightmare.... Recently found out he lied to me several times about not offering a paid rental car while my car is in for warranty or recall.... Does not return phone calls... No business ethics at all! I would rather drive much further to the next Fiat dealer than deal with Mike again.

Steven is a great advisor. He explained what service I need without all the added xx. He told in a future service I may need this service along with my usual routine service. Thank you and keep up the great customer service. Customer service is a rare thing now.

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.

I was there for repair service. I was quoted a price that was very high ($900) for the repair (which I know should cost around $600). But I left the car for repair anyway. I was thinking, I probably won't come back again. Upon completion of the car, I was told that the quote was high and there were parts that did not need to replace/repair as originally thought. My cost bill was reduced to a very reasonable cost of $600 without me asking. Or course, the better will be that it was quoted right the first time because it could have driven business away.
