Service rep answered questions had; service done so promptly was shocked when rec'd call that car was ready for pickup; very nice bonus for a free car wash on my schedule; pleased was able to redeem certificate for service rec'd from Christmas with donation to Toys For Tots; enjoyed snack bar offering complimentary food/drink with service; and last but not least the open space of facility and cleanliness !!!

Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

2 minutes ago NEW I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service! EVERYONE was very polite and so helpful and kind to me. They did an amazing job getting me into my car which was no small feat! They worked so hard and persisted when met with several challenges! I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! Mike, and his entire team, showed such generosity, and I will pay it forward. There are good people in this world, and a bunch of them work at Kia San Bernardino! This is the best experience I have ever had at a service/dealership center. I can't express my gratitude enough!! Go here for all your Kia needs!! They should be very proud of their success in providing excellent service!!!

I am so grateful for the service I received from Leon H in the Service Center. My 2015 A3 needed it's 35K Mile Service Maintenance and he had everything handled from the first phone call I made to make the appointment, to the time I pick up my car when it was finished. He was so detail oriented, it blew me away! He pretty much had the paperwork done before I even got there. All my questions were answered before I could even ask them. So my job was done before I there. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and you're very lucky to have him as an employee! Hands down the best service consultant Denny Dong, and the serice manager Mr. Erickson was polite, kind, demonstrating tremendous customer service. When I purchased the car I had the privilage of meeting the owner and again, the culture of this dealership is high customer service, efficient, wonderful product, and pleasant staff. When I went in for service again they were efficient, high quality customer care, and knowledgable. I highly recommend this dedealrship to a customer looking for a luxury car with exemplar customer care.
