They told me since I didn't buy from them, that I was not a priority. Had my new vehicle (500 miles) in for over 2 1/2 weeks while they tried to figure out the start-stop feature that stranded us. Communication is non-existent and we had to go to the dealership in order to talk to anyone about the status. Once returned it was dirty and their was a chip and scratch in the paint (2 different places). Wagoneer services (special attention for wagoneer owners) level III has not been able to contact the dealership or the district manager in over 4 weeks. My issues have been elevated to service level III which is supposedly their top service level with ultimate authority to no result. The service is poor and the jeep corporate support has no authority or communication. Really disappointed in service and communication. Really sad because I like the Wagoneer but it has some issues and I can't get service.
