In Octor My F-150 was brought in for the VCT, it took them a week, when I picked up truck i start driving and all the lights and check engine lights went out. Turned out there was now an issue with the BCM. They replaced it but the one they put in was not good, they said they needed ot order a new one. I was told it was covered under warranty but would take a little while to get part due to shortage. Its been over 5 months I get the run around from the service department who is now saying its not covered under warranty. No communication, David from service says he will call but never does.

I bought my 24 maverick at FF and called to get a recall notice serviced. Aftera long wait I "ta;lked" to the service person. He could not find the records of my vehicle which I bought tere, nbot by phone number(they had called me), and not by VIN .... I could not get the service I needed ... I am still looking for a dealer to fix the recall notice.

Customer service people very friendly and helpful. My complaint is I have an appointment to have the oil changed and it takes about two hours to get it done. Why did I make a appointment? I make a appointment so I can get in and out in as short as time as possible! It’s just not this store but other ford dealers also.

awful. just awful. They just sit around with my paper chatting. Juan Correa-Montes was my service advisor. Completely refuses to do his job. States it will take '2 hours'. After 2 hours, I had to break up his little 'chit chat' to see if my service was done and then was told that they could not do tire rotation because of lugnuts are swollen. couldn't come up and ask me about it? I had to bring it up? told them to replace it. then took another hour. Just awful. Absolutely nobody else waiting. They even mentioned 'wow its quiet today'. 3 hours just to do oil change and tire rotation. why have 'waiting' option if it takes that long? absolutely worst ford dealership I have ever visited.

I have been in the service center 5 times in the past month having 5 parts replaced on my explorer. I am still hearing the same noises l brought the vehicle in for,front suspension noise. The techs heard the noise too! The noise is still there. I need to get this problem solved. Thank you Walt
