Do not bring your car to get serviced here. I bought a brand new car from another dealer and then moved so I decided to get my car serviced at Serramonte Nissan because of its "Award of Excellence." My driver's side window stopped working 1 month after I bought my car. I took it to Serramonte Nissan 4 times to fix the problem and each time they created a new problem (such as breaking interior molding) without fixing the window. The employees are rude and the staff is constantly turning over (I dealt with three different service advisors during a 2 month period, all of which were either fired or quit during that time). The mechanics are also incompetent since they failed to find the root cause of my broken window after three tries. Do yourself a favor and take your Nissan somewhere else for your service needs.

Took my Ram in as running erratic and check engine codes coming on and off. Turbo also intermittent. Was given an estimate of over $1800 to fix and oil leak. They said oil getting into ECM. It never had a drop on driveway? Very strange. I was charged $95 for a diagnosis and took the truck. Found a loose battery terminal was causing problem. I tightened it and no more issue. Still not a single drop of oil in driveway? I asked for my $95 diagnostic payment back. Service manager said his manager would call me. After following up several weeks no call. Be warned about this dealership. Had I not been careful I would have paid $1800 plus and still not had truck fixed. I would rate them negative 5 stars if it let me. Really a terrible experience. This place kept replacing the parts on my jeep and then after three attempts said that's normal and there's nothing wrong! Don't take your vehicle there!! They had mine over a month total!!!!!! The people are lazy and rude!!

Beware. They have the worst customer service in the world. Had our Jeep in the shop from February to July. Only to be returned filthy and absolutely no gas in it. They did not care that parts were never in stock. Finally got the engine only to call and find out that it did not come with all the parts. Could not even make a payment over the phone even when they still had my car and it was not going anywhere. Please take it elsewhere

They got me in and out quickly. The young man who checked me in was friendly. They brought me my air filter to show me the condition and asked if I wanted to replace it. No pressure and was very nice to actually see it dirty instead of just being told it’s bad.

I was on a multi state trip with grandkids and miles over an oil change for mt grand caravan. I found Tate autoplex un Carlsbad as a walk-in. They were fantastic even though they were busy and i had no appointment they fit me right in and completed the job in a short time. Even though they were not my nirmal dealership they were great and very friendly. Thank you for your fantastic service

I came today to get an oil change 02/02/2019 I’ve been coming g here for years. Since I bought my hummer here. They had the best customer service but today my husband forgot his oil change coupon And the wife could not find a current one to send to me. They did not honor the one I had.
