These guys don't sell cars they repair cars for other dealerships in the area. So if a Range Rover dealer gets a Porsche trade in with problems they send it to exclusive motors for repair since they Land Rover dealers don't work on other brands. I am not sure how many brands Exclusive Motors are dealer capable. But you see lots of European new cars on their lot. Remember they don't sell they repair

Bad Service - Stealth Daze

I purchased a brand new toy hauler from Happy Daze Rv. in Sacramento back in last December. I just got back from a trip to Oregon and noticed that I was missing a roof vent, when I went up top I realized that they have all turned itnto a brittle type of plastic and show cracks throughout all four 3 that are left and of course the missing one is gone all the way. All I want is for these people to do is be fair to me . They said to me that they were booked solid for three months on repairs. I told them that I think it’s a serious issue do to the elements getting in as we approach fall. They told me that they may be able to get me in sooner yet I still have heard no reply back.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had!!! It took two months to get an appointment, And another 45 days for them to look at it. They told me the problem with my slide out was either a bad valve or a manifold. June 17 I was told to pick it up until the parts were available. After two months I called the dealership and eventually learned that the parts were never ordered. Within minutes after posting a negative review I was called by the general manager and told to have my coach repaired someplace else. I think that’s good advice for any RVer.

I rented a car in Palm Springs, drove to Jim Falk Beverly Hills and bought a 2 year old pre-owned ES 350 with less that 6,000 mile in perfect condition. However, I had to return the rental car back to Palm Springs so I could drive the new car home. Jim Falk's staff were wonderful and facilitated the return of the rental car in L.A. I was able to drive my '"new" pre-owned car back to the desert. That car is now 9 years old and is still in perfect condition. I have it serviced once a year and will purchase another Lexus when needed. Thank you.
