Putnam told me I needed work that I didn't need. They said I needed new transmission mounts, that they were bad....on a 6 y.o. MazdaSpeed 3. That seemed a little off to me so I took the car to an independent & told them to check EVERYTHING w/o telling them what Putnam said. They said all was fine. "Are you sure? Yes. What about the transmission mounts? They are fine, we checked them. Can you check them again, please? Sure. Yep, the mounts are fine!" Since that experience I've not been back. They treated me dishonestly after years of service and this is where I purchased the car! I hate pulling the gender card but I have a lot of experience with men thinking I don't know anything about cars. I do. I've helped rebuild 3 Porsche engines which is more than what a lot of men can say. Stay away from this dealership. In my experience they can't be trusted.

This place is a (Redflag)...they sell water damaged cars ..they paint under ur car and other parts to hide rust...they lie to u ..on everything...please ..if u buy a car here do your reasearch and look closely at what ur buying...and they also claim to be aaa certified...but yet they don’t have any ase certified mechanics.......

I would like to Thank Jim Moore and Glen Morris for handling the recall and two other issues with my Ford Explorer. Both gentlemen handled the situation in a professional manner and because of a few hiccups made the effort to make this a positive experience. Thank you very much for your good service that you have provided on my Mercedes. I took my Mercedes 2004 CLK320 to a dealer for Mercedes repair, but decided to get a second opinion before getting the work done. That's when I went to see Mercedes Autotech. I was glad I did because not only did I save a lot of money, but I found that Mercedes Autotech explained to me in detail. It turns out I didn't need all the parts the other dealer were saying I needed, so I saved a lot of $. Mercedes Autotech is a real pro. they have my trust and I feel completely safe taking my Mercedes to Autotech. Thanks.
