Jimmy Palacios Sales Manager with Spreen Mazda. Rectified an mis communication I had with a sales person at Spreen whe I bought my car back in May 2023. I have bought 2 cars from spreen and I live a 100 miles away I highly recommend this dealership. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and I must say spreen Mazda is the best dealership I have ever bought at. I am a repeat customer.

I brought my car in for service - primarily to have a new set of tires put on. There were a couple of other issues I had questions about. My normal service adviser is J. J. Van Dongen, He and St. Claire Cadillac have always provided excellent service. They have been my dealership since 2011. Their advice and service has been super. I highly recommend them.

I have purchased three personal vehicles from STAR Mazda in the last 15 years(good experience, obviously)**** 4 stars I have had various service experiences, during that time. Most recently Nathon has been good. Service costs foolish!!!! Service this last year (I have photo shots of offers)a study in bait and switch. I make an appointment in writing for a service at one price. I set appointment. I get confirmation a day or two later at a more expensive price. Same service $$$ more in writing---STAR LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER--service manager , with whom I spoke, following company line, so can't really blame him-------------rating for service ** 2 stars--- the are two Mazda dealers nearby who are more consistent in pricing and consistency---Star lost a long time customer---
