Ronnie O is the guy you wanna see. Ive been coming here for over 6 years and every guy thats helped me has been great. Ronnie however had extraordinary enthusiasm and delight in getting me situated with my airbag problem as well as communicating with me when my car was ready. Additionally, he went above an beyond by showing me the closest spot i could get a quote on my car damage given that they could not at their site. I have no doubt Ronnie can brighten anyone’s day in less than a minute with the enthusiasm he exudes at work. You can just tell through his voice, smile and energy that not only does he love ford very much, but he also loves helping people and getting them taken care of in the best way. This guy deserves a raise!

The best dealership experience I've ever had, and I've been around a while. It was a Friday and I was just passing through from out of state. My check engine light came on that morning. Long story short, I pulled into the service Lane and was told that they didn't have that rare part in stock and that they were sure they'd be able to fix my truck on Monday. I told (I think it was Jerry) that I was from out of state and I'd have nowhere to stay through the weekend. He said he'd do what he could. I got a call that he found the part in Sacramento and that if his mechanic would work on Saturday, I could get it back then. I got another call about 2:30 that my truck was ready. UN xxxxxx BELIEVABLE!!!!

I brought my vehicle in for repair to VW of Downtown LA Normally taking a vehicle in to the dealer for repair is a nightmare but not at this dealer. Ryan from service from the moment I met him made me feel respected and special! He knows the meaning of “The customer always comes first” He explained everything in detail so I understood and when they had to keep my vehicle instead of sitting in a shoddy waiting area they arranged for a Lyft to pick me up and drop me off.
