They also provide pick up/drop off within a 5 mile radius, which is so important for the average individual trying to do all the things while servicing their car. Today Tony Pereira in the service dept gave us an instructional hour long description of all the buttons in our new RAV 4 XEL. We bought the new RAV elsewhere but had never received much information on any of the buttons, Toyota app had not been set up. Thank you to Tony for calling me back, making an appointment for us and taking the time to explain things to us. There were buttons I didn't even know we had! Because the miles had gone over by 50 miles this was supposed to be a free with my purchase. They don’t honor what they promise. Stay away!!!

Horrible. My Tacoma had a paint recall, made the appt to bring it in for repair. Over 5 hour round trip for me - and wife has dementia. Everything I do has to be pre planned. Lady I made appt with assured me the truck would be left there and I would be given a loaner until completed. Not so. My over 5 hour round trip was for them to take 4 pictures. NOTHING accomplished at all. I was lied to. I'm absolutely disgusted by this.

Service rep answered questions had; service done so promptly was shocked when rec'd call that car was ready for pickup; very nice bonus for a free car wash on my schedule; pleased was able to redeem certificate for service rec'd from Christmas with donation to Toys For Tots; enjoyed snack bar offering complimentary food/drink with service; and last but not least the open space of facility and cleanliness !!!
