My service advisor Justin provided me a smooth service experience for my C63s the other day. They provided transportation to and from the dealership while my car was being serviced. I wanted to get some more maintenance done in the near future and emailed Justin today for some quotes. He was quick to respond the prices are comparable if you were to supply your own genuine parts and use a reliable indy mechanic in the area. Overall, I recommend other Mercedes owners to service their car here.

Avneel and his technicians solved an incredibly complex puzzle of problems and returned my Jeep back to me in good working order. I did not catch his last name but J.R. in service was very helpful, courteous, friendly and took care of my needs as well as offering me a 3 oil change special for my Duramax which will save me a tremendous amount of money down the road. Everybody I ran into while at the dealership was very friendly. A female employee even opened the door for me! I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and I will bring my truck back for all of its service needs in the future.

I was able to easily make an appointment online for a drop off a few days later, drop off was quick and easy. They were honest up front about how long it might take to get diagnostics run, and they kept me informed of progress even if there wasn't any. Ron was easy to get a hold of if needed but made sure to call once daily with updates on progress. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price to diagnose and replace a clamp within my exhaust system was more than $500.00 and that feels a bit steep to me. My car is back to running like new.
