I had an excellent experience when visiting this dealership. Initially came in for routine maintenance on my then Kia Telluride and was greeted swiftly by service representative Kevin who also took his time to showing me to the waiting area and gave me updates on time frame on when my car would be ready. I then was later greeted by Angel car dealer who was very cordial and asked if I would like to take a look around to see Kia’s latest models.

we left a car for a recall. They said 2 to 3 hrs but couldn't get it done till next day. When I picked it up, Giovanni in service was very personable, put on new difficult wipers at no charge and was so very nice and a veteran.

On January 23, 2024 ( driving home to Flagstaff from Santa Cruz) we drove our Dodge Grand Caravan into Santos Ford in Los Banos about 10am. A fuel injector had gone bad. They took our vehicle in, drove us and our dog to the La Quinta, got the part they needed from a Dodge dealer in Merced, and had it fixed by 1pm the next day! All employees were professional, super helpful, and very nice and friendly. We were so blessed and appreciative they didn’t sent us to Dodge or say they were too busy etc. Thank you Eddie and the mechanics at Santos Ford!!!
