Not as friendly as in the past, almost callous attitude. Also did not receive a call letting me know my vehicle was done. Drove by dealership and saw vehicle parked in parking lot. None of this would have happened in the past.

The best dealership experience I've ever had, and I've been around a while. It was a Friday and I was just passing through from out of state. My check engine light came on that morning. Long story short, I pulled into the service Lane and was told that they didn't have that rare part in stock and that they were sure they'd be able to fix my truck on Monday. I told (I think it was Jerry) that I was from out of state and I'd have nowhere to stay through the weekend. He said he'd do what he could. I got a call that he found the part in Sacramento and that if his mechanic would work on Saturday, I could get it back then. I got another call about 2:30 that my truck was ready. UN xxxxxx BELIEVABLE!!!!

He helped me with all of the parts needed to get my car fixed, He made every effort to see that my needs were met. He return my calls promptly. Unlike some of the employees I have dealt with (Anna).. I never had to call him. I was very happy with my visit.

Not only did my 2016 Volvo XC90 need its 120k mile service, but it was also in desperate need of repair. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Matt Thornton, Service Advisor for the duration of the work. Matt kept me up to date on all issues, no matter how great or small. He set me up with a loaner for the full term of my vehicle service. Matt was professional, kind and knowledgeable on all issues related to my Volvo. I can't recommend this dealership enough, especially after the service that was provided to me. I trust them to do honest work, and let's face it, you can't say that about every place. I also wanted to give a big shout out to the two technicians who worked on my car: Pete Lopez III & Luis Castillo. They were thorough and worked extra hard to find solutions to some of the problems presented that weren't typical issues. I appreciate their hard work!
