I had an 8:30 service appointment which should have taken 1-2 hours. I arrived at 8:20 am and there was only one other customer there working with another service person. My advisor promptly assisted me, and my vehicle was taken back immediately. I was a wait person and unfortunately, I was there for 4 hours for a general service which should have been only an hour or two max.
It's clear that staffing has been decreased, definitely not as it was on my 16 past visits. I even asked if they had technicians out ill because the service was taking such a long time. I miss the management under José Lopez Jr.
After an hour we decided to use the curiosity service to Sandi's restaurant, thinking, enjoy a hot breakfast and our vehicle will be ready upon our return. No such luck, it was another 2 hours wait upon our return. Over 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and recalibrate my tire sensors? Very poor slow service.
The service staff is absolutely helpful, friendly and wonderful. This is why I keep coming back, besides loyalty to the dealership where I purchased my Tahoe.
