I brought my 2018 Countryman in for service on a minor but confusing situation Having dealt with other dealerships service departments in the past I was not looking forward to this. I could not be more wrong Eli took excellent care of my problem and I had a loner waiting for me while they fixed the problem…. When I picked my car there was no hassle..I even think they washed “my Baby” My experience with this dealership from sales to service has been 1st class I wasn’t quite sure when I chatted online ..but Im glad to be proven wrong Shout out to Eli and the entire staff…

There was a recall on a part for my truck, I called up for an appointment and they gave me one of my choice and time. I took my truck in and they took care of the job on time and most importantly professional.

I want to thank the Vallejo Kia service center team, my experience there was great. Everyone was very friendly and my oil change and tire rotation didn’t take them long at all. I really appreciate the car wash as well and I will definitely be only returning to the Vallejo Kia anytime I need anything done. Thank you guys again
