Do yourself the favor and find another Mazda location, and/or another deal in town.
I've waited 6 months for promises made at closing... This was after I discovered I overpaid several thousand dollars for my car.
Brian and Raul will cheat lie and steal from you to make the sale.

I spoke with the internet salesman, Tony Hills, several times about the condition of the car, why the price had been reduced (he said they reduced it to 'trade-in value' because their dealership was all about moving inventory and having the lowest price.) So I got off work for three days, recruited a friend to go with me and went to get the car. When I arrived the car was dirty and boxed in behind 2 other cars. I had told Tony what time we'd be there and that we only had a couple hours to do the deal, then we had to head back. After about 20 minutes they finally found the keys, we drove it and it was great. When we got back to the dealership, Tony jumped out of the car and ran inside, yelling I'll meet you back inside. I assumed he needed to use the restroom. We didn't see him for another 20 minutes so we waited and someone got us some water. The finance manager, who we didn't know (we were not going to finance anyway) came over and asked us what we were paying for the car. We told him and he promptly left the room. Then Tony came back and said 'Is there a misunderstanding with the price' and I said no and to make a long story short, they did not want to sell the car for the autotrader price. Some manager, the one who sits in his little cage and the salesmen have to ask him permission to do anything, pops out and screams at Tony, with me there, 'No F***ing way she's getting that price!!' And then he repeats himself as if we were deaf. They claimed autotrader screwed up and I requested that autotrader should pay the difference especially since I just drove 800 miles for what I thought was a done deal. It was especially a bummer as this was the exact car I was looking for. All they would offer me was the original price they had offered it at weeks before, and they said they would not sell it for the autotrader price even if autotrader made up the difference. I felt like I was dealing with the biggest bunch of lying, conniving typical used car salesmen scumbags ever. What a waste of my time and money. This is why I typically like to buy my cars from individuals, who have not been specifically trained in lying and deception, and still know that it's better to get a good night's sleep than make an extra buck. (And by the way, the car has been on the lot for at least six weeks now, so it doesn't really seem like they want to move cars.)
