I needed an oil leak repaired, along with a few minor things. Dealership made sure my warenty was currant. They were a few days away and then the cyclone bomb hit Denver. Dealership called explaining they lost power and was going to take longer. No problem had another vehicle. The curtesy driver was great! Dealership called when ready got me out quickly and everything is working fine.

Stopped in on Monday to get my VIN verification done, and while waiting I was curious about the Nissan leaf’s because I have friends who are switching to all electric. Ariana did an amazing job letting me know about everything that Nissan leaf had to offer. Definitely debating to buy one. Super cute small cars and cheap for a new 2025 year car. Definitely suggest seeing Ariana if you have questions regarding upgrading and what any of the cars have to offer. She definitely seemed like she knew what she was talking about. And everyone in service was super nice and got my VIN verification done pretty quick.

I took my car in for the 3000 mile oil change and because of the outstanding sales ability of Anthony Vigil, I wound up trading the leased 2013 Kia Optima that we did had for a Lease on a 2014 Kia Optima. Mr. Vigil was very knowledgeable on the car and was willing to answer any questions that we had, and if he didn't know the answer he would find it in a matter of minutes. He even allowed us use of the car with his plate because the finance guy was not in the day we came in. When setting up the vehicle he was very helpful and even showed the process twice so that my husband could hear it directly from him. The car is beautiful and we are planning on trading another one of our vehicles in for a Kia Optima in about six months. Knowing this Mr. Vigil said he would call us when he gets other colors in so that when we do buy another Kia we will already know the color we want. My husband is a hard sell, so it says a great deal about Mr. Vigil's sales ability. We had an awesome experience overall, and plan to refer friends and family who are looking for a new car to Spradley Kia. Thanks you Mr. Vigil.
