The service manager’s behavior was totally unacceptable. He was deceitful and condescending. Not the way to treat loyal customers. We will not seek service there again. Too bad he plays such a short game in a world of creating long term loyalty.

I came in for what I thought would be a LOT of work and expense but after talking to "Sam" in the Service area, I was very pleased that I was not going to spend an entire month's paycheck just to be able to drive my car to work. Sam listened to me and explained what could be the problem. After diagnostic, true to his word it was fairly simple. Sam kept me informed and was very polite. It's a pleasure to work with a young service person with experience and honesty. Thank you!
