After a year and a half I figured I would write a review. This dealership made good with me in ways most would not, as I purchased a used car, problems come with the territory as you know, esp when you purchase and Alfa Romeo from a Mazda dealership lol. David, a young salesman with very little experience who no longer works here helped me. After making the purchase, aside of brakes and a sunroof issue they fixed no questions we went back an forth over a battery, Alfa is a tricky car, smallest drain and things don't work. Tested it several times an insisted it was fine. Bought a new battery from the Alpha dealer and proved it was in fact the battery and Central reimbursed me for it!! I just paid the car off this week and will be heading back to see what's next!

Tyler was beyond out of this world. I purchased a Brand New CX-70 and he nailed down everything to the T! He listened, held his word, was honest and truthful, and lastly made the whole experience FUN. He might be a young kid but can definitely teach a lot of people because he did everything right. The whole time on the test drive it was like talking to a best friend you never had. If you want/need a car with an amazing deal, please don't go see just anyone, go see THE best, Tyler!

Go see Anthony Russo at Kia of Old Saybrook – he’s a terrific car professional who really knows his vehicles. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the car and his service. I wanted a Kia Sportage XS Prestige because I was looking for a high-tech car, and I found just the perfect sales person in Anthony. He knew everything about the car, was able to give me some great hacks on how to do things even more easily. Zero pressure. 100% knowledge and enthusiasm. This entire dealership is great… Jason another sales rep was super helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jordan, the business manager stays on top of things and makes you feel right at home. Noah the first rep I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. Josh in the finance office was a true professional as well! A lot of car dealerships claim that they are different… This one truly is - and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in the door. They are extremely welcoming, competitive with price, a huge selection in stock and a wonderful service department - they serviced another vehicle that leased before this one. It’s a family business and it feels like your family when you’re there – even the folks who aren’t related to the owners have that same great pride of ownership in there dealings with you. Highly recommended! Come here first!
