I've come in several times for service appointments and have been attended by a few different people but id like to leave this review for the tall chocolate man there. He is always so friendly and helpful, he makes sure all my needs are met and I'm left without questions or concerns. He is the ONLY employee that makes my service appointments 100% better. Id give him 10 stars but that wasn't an option.

This dealer does not deliver on promises. My last car was an Audi that was serviced 3 times and towed once. All 4 times I had a loaner car. I was promised the same loaner car support on the X5 I bought at BMW New London. It has also been serviced 3 times and towed once just like the Audi. But instead of 4 loaner cars I have gotten zero. No loaner cars, no reimbursement for rental cars. They say they have loaner cars and perhaps that is true but being 0 for 4 in getting one I think it is clear that have way too few. I think they are heavily influenced by the Toyota dealership they share the building with. If you are going to have your car serviced here you should think twice if a premium experience and loaner cars are something you expect to come with the premium price,

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with BMW of Waterbury. Recently, I was faced with a daunting situation as I had a safety recall on my BMW just days before a planned family road trip. I reached out to General Manager Jason Herndon and within minutes, he had a solution in place. The team at BMW of Waterbury worked tirelessly to ensure my car was safe and ready for our trip, completing the necessary repairs in record time. The level of customer service I received from BMW of Waterbury was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived to pick up my car, I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. Jason even took the time to personally check in on me and make sure I was satisfied with the service. I am beyond grateful for the swift and efficient service provided by BMW of Waterbury. Kudos to Gary in service. He was able to schedule a repair of my daughters car on a last minute notice. Our lives would have greatly inconvenienced out family. Realizing our predicament, Gary took the time to question the staff in the shop about the chances of getting the car fixed that day. Needless to say, he was successful, and I picked up the car the same day - good as new. In a day when customer service is rare, Gary demonstrated not only his committment to me, the customer, but also, to you, the employerr. Thank you again, Gary.

After dealing with so many sketchy dealerships in CT, Bowens was a breath of fresh air!! I brought in my Focus RS for a leaking timing cover (warranty work) and they promptly fixed the issue. I also had a check engine code and the repair for that would not be covered under warranty and they were not pushy at all about making me get that work done (this code does not effect driveability just emissions). I ended up choosing to save the money to try to fix it myself. They were patient and answered every question I had. I really have not had a dealership experience like this before. Highly highly recommend! This is the ONLY dealership I will trust bringing my car back to. I live over an hour away and it was well worth it to bring my car here

By far, it's the worst service and most dishonest sales team, it's hard to accomplish such a bad combo kudos to your managers, and I'm sorry for the owner. Stay faaar faaar away from this dealership... We can't wait for this lease to end so we can move to a different brand and a dealer.

Exceeded expectations - tich49

I usually don't write positive reviews as I expect good service for the price I pay. Cargill collision center however exceeded my expectations all around. Great service at a great price and ahead of schedule. I asked for an estimate for light damage to my Silverado rear quarter panel just to have when I went to my local body shop for comparison. Cargill's replacement price was less than the local shop repair price. How can you beat that? My truck looks like the day I picked it up from Cargill. Thank You Paul
