They need to pay attention to details or they will be losing more customers. I brought a new suv in 2022. I was happy until i got a leak, took almost 2 months for them to fix, waiting on parts. Then less them a year later it was pouring in water again. But, was leaking for a while but didnt noticed it until we saw water stains in levels. Service department said i had to pay for them to check it out. It was in same spot but they said it was something else. I made a fuss and they said they would fix it under warranty. Smh. Same spot, same leak. When i picked it up. It looked like glue on outside of vehicle in cracks as if they just put it on to please me. Brought my car to collision department and i said i needed a rental (truck) when i bring it in to my appointment. When i got there they only had cars and i needed to go to work. They said they will call me when a truck comes in. Never did i have to call them for 2 days. Picked up my vehicle and notice new damage and new scratches. When i confronted Chris he apologize and said he thought he told me that a part was not in and it will be replaced. But he had to she the other damage. After he looked he said he will order the rubber trim that was ripped whlie in their care. 3rd and final time i will give Crabtree my money i got a quote for 4 new tires and when i wrnt to pay for it it was 140. More saying taxes and fees. When i got quotes from other tire places they made it clear what the walk out price is. Smh saw tires and they looked old. I address it and was told it was the salt on ground of why tires had white on the it but all they needed to do was clean my tire and wheels from greese/glue or whatever. I just drove off after i was told to go through a car wash by the service department. I drove off and car was driving to the right and wasnt before i dropped it off and paid for balance and alignment. I was told i had to wait over a hour for them to cheak it out. My point is they need to double check the work before you say you arw finish fixing someones car. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL, IT MAKES THE COMSUMER FEEL LIKE THEIR BUSSINESS IS REALLY APPRECIATE. But this tops it all, when i voiced my disappointment to someone they sent me to a nasty, sarcastic and rude financial guy John something. I had to hang up on him because he wanted me to take a free car detailing and i didnt want it. I had just did it. What i wanted to do was let Crabtree know they do messy work and they need to PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. AND STOP TAKING PEOPLE MONEY IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY. SMH
