Treble! Made 2 appmtns; oil change 4 tundra n AC no working (do 3 hrs diagnostic). 1st time here. As soon as you walk in people seem to be in a bad mood. Anyways, I got my oil change done, drive 20 minutes n there's smoke everywhere coming from my 2017 tundra. I called them n took my truck back. I got to the dealership and it was much worse. APPARENTLY charles toyota incompetent mechanics don't know how to do a basic oil change. The incompetent mechanic spilled oil all over the engine and never bothered to clean it. The lady (looked like the manager( took care of everything, made sure everything was right(like make sure the incompetent mechanic put oil in the engine and everything was done right). I got refund but I completely canceled my appointment with the highlander with the AC issue.... NO FING WAY! They can't do a simple oil change, never mind something as complicated n costly as the AC environment. NEVER AGAIN! The first time I went n I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. That mechanic just of been fired... TERRIBLE CHARLES TOYOTA! JUST TERRIBLE!!!

service dept rip is a off charged for work not done I was under warranty which was a third party (sold by The GM Dealer) they said my pump needed to be replaced the car was in for other work gave me a story all the work done under warranty would have cost over $3000 and I only had to pay $250 never going back.

The quality of the service department has significantly declined since I purchased my vehicle 8 years back. Early on the service was prompt and courteous. My last appointment required a 3 hour wait for an oil change and I made an early appointment to avoid any service backups. So this will be the last time I bring my car for service here. Do not know who is to blame for this decline, but damage has been done!

Noel in service is exceptional on finding solutions. The automatic car starter on my Nissan Marano was causing issues with my battery. It was recommended to replace the starter initially. Howeverr, Noel found a cost-effective solution and we didn’t need to replace the car starter. The car is now safe to drive and it didn’t break the bank. The service technicians go the extra mile.

I noticed since Curry Toyota was bought by Crabtree Toyota that the service and sales people are friendlier they have loaner cars and the lot has cars not like before it looked like it was closed down! I had a brief interaction with Steve Papadakos while I was waiting for my car in service and he was friendly and outgoing. So when my lease is up I will go and see Steve. I also recommend Crabtree Toyota for all your car needs.
