I just had to take a moment to sing the praises of the amazing customer service representative at New Country Porsche in Greenwich - Maggie Wentland. 🌟 Recently, I encountered a major issue with my Porsche, and Maggie went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. Despite being incredibly busy, she worked tirelessly to ensure that my concerns were addressed promptly. Her dedication to her work and the brand truly stood out, and I couldn't be more grateful for her assistance. What impressed me most about Maggie was not just her efficiency, but her outstanding customer service skills. No matter how hectic her day was, she always treated me with the utmost respect, maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude throughout the entire process. The best of service from Paul Taylor and Dan Densmore. - Rachel Sherman

Dan Densmore took responsibility for the attempted repair of my 16 year old (beloved) car. He made extreme efforts in multiple ways, to no avail. He was sympathetic to my tears, but provided a positive note in directing me personally to a salesperson (Paul Taylor) who would understand my distress, tolerate my tears at losing the car I loved, and help me to move on to a car that I am learning to accept...an attractive, good car, feels good to drive. Both Dan and Paul put out far more than normally necessary, to help me, to feel comfortable with moving on, and to trust them in our interactions. I am deeply grateful for their kindness in accepting my sadness on the loss of the car I so loved, but to be positive in moving on. I will be back to Premier as long as I live, and members of my family will be bringing their cars for regular service as well.

When I went to buy a new CX-5, the sales people at Riley Mazda never returned my calls so I ended up buying my car over the state line in New York at the Mazda dealership there where they were very responsive. Because it was close to my home I did get services at Riley Mazda. I have had several problems from them putting water in my washer fluid in Winter, which caused major problems! Through to not diagnosing a simple seat issue without charging me a $75 diagnosis fee. And worst of all, while the car was under warranty, not diagnosing significant brake issues which after 60,000 miles I have had to replace all rotors plus all disks two times and am now on to the third time and all they can say is well this may be normal for an all wheel drive vehicle! I am now taking my service elsewhere. Also, when I go in for service and wait for the vehicle, they have twice forgotten about me in the waiting room and because the agent had gone to lunch I ended up waiting two to three hours longer than I should have. I would not recommend this dealership from a sales nor service point of view. One star.

Being that this is a luxury car I expected to be treated like "royalty"...not quite so but better than say at a Chevy one. It felt just the same. The initial friendliness is ok but when things get really testy their customer service skill goes away. Instead of trying to defuse a situation I got a response that pretty much said "go away." I was so angry that I wanted to punch a wall. Every time I go there they try and find things that need to be fixed (commission based sales). They're good for routine items like oil change which a) don't take too much time and b) don't run into trouble. Other kinds of service require lots of time (and money) since their core competency is not doing major repairs. I felt cheap and slimed all over after my visit today. Their treatment of me started with Paul and he did not take ownership of making me, the customer, feel valued. Sure he tried to pass off the complimentary car wash as a "favor" but I dismissed that small gesture to justify the gouging and poor treatment.
