Have been a loyal customer for many years and lately the service has really gone south. Would bring the vehicle in for minor service work and when we left, there was always something else wrong and a return trip was needed. The first few times we wrote it off on "must have been a friday" but after (4) instances of the same type of return visit, we had to look elsewhere.

6/5/25-came in at noon for a scheduled oil change. Drove through the service door to the service writers area as usual. I stepped out of my car. I was standing there for 12 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the 3 service writers who were sitting there doing nothing. Eventually one of them asked me this in these exact words-“are you a customer not being helped?” I replied “ for the last 12 minutes yes!” Unreal. Then I asked how much it would cost to have the spark plugs changed on my 4 cylinder Terrain. $660 was the quote. She did not know that I was quoted a much lower price when I called a few weeks ago. I came here out of need since most other places near me were booked for weeks. If you know what’s good for you, stay far far away from this place. Never again…
