Being new to the area, I needed to decide where I would have my RAV serviced. I first spoke with Jacob to make the initial appointment and felt very confident and comfortable with my decision. Unfortunately, I was running late from a previous appointment when the time came and I attempted to make a change.. That part was difficult as they were very busy, but eventually, they were able to fit me in the next morning. Jacob greeted me professionally and proficiently when I walked through the door. He walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. When the work was completed, every item I mentioned was attended to and he went the extra distance to make sure that I was familiar with the onboard system after listening to all my frustrations. I was very impressed and unexpectedly comfortable. Jacob made me feel as though I had been going there for years. He instilled a sense of trust in me by listening and following through with what he said he would do. Richard also greeted me when I first arrived and provided me with information that he researched to address questions I had after speaking with me the day before. The greeting was very warm, friendly, and informative.

I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases.

Highly recommend this dealership. I was driving through on a road trip and my car started flashing lights and "for safety" disabled all the safety features... But, even though they were super busy they were able to squeeze me in and check the most common issues and give me a diagnosis when it didn't turn out simple. Sadly, the part would have been in the next day - and while I really wish I could have had it done here, I just couldn't stay in town due to work the next day and the need to drive 3 states away. For reference, I did go to another dealer who told me before when things went wrong and was told: "No, we won't even check it. Make an appointment for another day." - This dealership, I personally feel, went above and beyond to help an out of state person in trouble. I greatly appreciate their assistance here and assurance that my vehicle was still safe. After getting back into my own state I was able to make an appointment with my local dealer to get the work done at a later date (though probably not at the same forgiving rate). I'd really not have felt very safe driving without concern that my engine was going to explode or something without their help. If I'm ever in CT again for a longer time and my car needs service, I'll 100% be bringing it to this dealer. Heck, they even offered to wash my car still.

After owning my 2023 Honda Pilot for almost a year now, it was time for my complementary servicing. It was determined by Michael the service rep that I was due for an Oil Change and tire rotation. Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was told to have a seat in the amazing waiting room. While waiting I helped myself to a delicious Cappuccino available from the coffee machine that is available free to customers. The waiting room was lovey and clean. After the expected time frame my car was ready!! I was extremely impressed with Honda of Stamford's service department and look forward to my next visit!!
