The service department placed the wrong tires on my vehicle. I called to tell them the mistake - no one seems to care - I paid several hundred dollars for the tires and was expecting the same tire that was on the car.

The service department has not returned my phone calls - I have emailed the service manager and the sales manager and have not heard back.

The customer service is very poor now at this dealership. I have a feeling it has something to do with the new owners. I have never been treated so poorly.

This is why my ratings are poor with this company. I would suggest purchasing and servicing your MB at another location.
