But, the car's GPS/radio/CD/computer system, known as PCM Communications Management system totally quit while in the first year of warrantee. Letters to Porsche NA CEO, dealership owners and others eventually got me a reduction in the cost of the rebuilt unit, but I was still charged for the installation, and the repairs cost me two days away from work, hotel stay, etc. They didn't even offer a loaner while car was being serviced. Part of this problem is apparently with Porsche NA, not just the dealership. I have owned two other high end Porsches before and never had this kind of poor treatment. Bottom line is that I do not recommend this dealer for sales or service and I strongly recommend buyers get the real details on the so-called certified car program warrantee, which is a fraud because it apparently has some items and systems which are not covered.
