Outstanding service in every aspect. Marcos my advisor exceeded my expectations and his customer service skills are second to none and it didn't stop there... the cashier Lizett was extremely courteous, gracious and very helpful. She straightened out any issues I had and even arranged and loaner truck for next week. All in all ir was an extremely positive experience when considering all the negative experiences at other Ford dealerships. Marcos and Lizett "Lizzy" should be commended for the job performance. They've got a customer for life... thank you guys!!!

It has been 14 days and the service department has not seen my car. They don't pick up the phone or respond to any calls for an update. Service is horrible. I wouldn't bring my car here ever again.
