I was looking for cars online when I noticed Preston Hoods' poor reviews. I have bought 3 new and 2 used cars from Preston Hood over the years and only have good things to say. All the vehicles were top notch with no major issues. Sure every car and dealer have problems sometimes. More likely than not, some of these reviews were written by unreasonable customers. I support Preston Hood totally until I have a bad experience.

Do not buy or take your car to this joke of a dealership. Just add my negative review to one of many on this site. Our two month ordeal with Proctor is too lengthy to really go into detail but just suffice that we attempted to get Subaru North America involved. To no avail. I will not stop until I know I have left negative reviews on every site available after going through what we went through with this unprofessional and unscrupulous dealership. Don Monda didn’t even have the guts to call my husband back after “looking into “our complaint to tell us he wouldn’t be doing anything further for us. He just sent an email. What a coward and joke of a manager. Shame on Subaru and Shame on proctors.

just another used car dealership. Mike is not exactly worthy of 1 star. However the system requires it.... how to say I don't know anybody who's had a good experience there

We bought a new Escalade out of state and picked it up - Mark

We bought a new Escalade out of state and picked it up away from the seller's dealership. We found a few minor fitment and QC issues after getting a chance to look the car over more thoroughly. We brought the car to RMC for resolution and Marcis and his staff in the body shop and Paula the service writer were great. No grief about our concerns and immediate resolution of the issues. Great job!
