About three weeks ago I posted a review venting how I felt after being advised that my vehicle couldn’t be completely repaired due to the “age” of the vehicle. I was contacted by the dealership to gather more information on the issue. After explaining it; the issue was researched and further investigated. I am very pleased to update that the issue was resolved and I now can enjoy my vehicle with cruise control; and what a cruise control it is. The distance camera and speed reduction/acceleration work wonderfully! A big thanks to David for reaching out to investigate the issue and to Scottie for coordinating the Technician to complete the repair including a loaner while the repairs were completed.

Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.

Dealership nice and Clean and quiet. They had coffee and water to drink. A place to sit and watch TV or go work on a computer of your own.
