If I could give a zero rating I would. I never write these reviews, but feel I should after the way my wife was treated by Santos Diaz. We just want others to know the caliber of his character. He was extremely rude to my wife after they made a mistake with the service on our vehicle. No apology and treated her like a second class citizen. His manager Naseem Saleem did nothing to address the rudeness and just offered a free car wash! Just my opinion, but this service department is the most unprofessional I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I know everyone says it and nobody really cares, but we were getting ready to trade this in on a new Nautilus, but now we will look elsewhere for our future vehicle needs.

I just want to thank Elizabeth Tarr and all of the team @ Central Florida Lincoln for the excellent service they provided. I recently had some major damage to my Lincoln Navigator due to squirrels destroying wires around my engine and Elizabeth got my vehicle in for repair the very next day and also put me in a beautiful loaner vehicle whike my vehicle was worked on. She also coordinated with my insurance adjuster to insure a timely reimbursement of repair my repair costs and it was all smoothly done. I really appreciate all the effort and professionalism displayed by Elizabeth and the entire team at Central Florida Lincoln. Thanks !!

I can not say enough good about my experience with the service dept. Harrison is my service advisor he was knowledgeable and very informative. I had an electrical issue with my Lincoln and as you know that is always a challenge. The service department did an outstanding job for me.

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.

Worst experience ever! My husband brought his pickup in for some work and also brought in a new set of wheels and tires he wanted put on. He went to pick up the truck and his tires and wheels were "missing".. they didn't seem to care that much and told us they'd file a police report and get back with us. Now they are trying to say its our fault! How ridiculous is that! We brought them there for a purpose and the lady in service assured my husband they would keep his truck inside at night. They never return our phone calls, lie about trying to help us out. Ted the service manager was unprofessional and basically told us to kick rocks. Ill never bring another vehicle there if this is how they treat customers and I will go out of my way to let everyone know what a terrible experience we had.

Rating because of customer service. Upon returning to body shop because of loud scraping at my bumper area, All it would've taken would've been "sorry, we forgot to tighten up the plastic shield." Instead he insinuated I must have hit something on the way home. Wouldn't go back if future needs of body work.
