The experience I had with this place has completely ruined my 25th wedding anniversary. I purchased a camper in June to celebrate this milestone in October. I only used it briefly in June before taking it to their subpar service department, where it has been ever since. I received it back three weeks ago, and the repairs were shockingly poor—like they were done by an 11-year-old. To make matters worse, they charged me for equipment I paid for but was never installed. They claimed they had replaced it, but the old one was still in use. This feels like theft.
I plan to protest outside their store until I get my camper back. If you see me there, please stop by for a chat—I can almost guarantee you won’t want to buy a camper from them after hearing my story. If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. Stay away from them, especially the service department, which clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers. The service department manager has been particularly unhelpful.
