The experience I had with this place has completely ruined my 25th wedding anniversary. I purchased a camper in June to celebrate this milestone in October. I only used it briefly in June before taking it to their subpar service department, where it has been ever since. I received it back three weeks ago, and the repairs were shockingly poor—like they were done by an 11-year-old. To make matters worse, they charged me for equipment I paid for but was never installed. They claimed they had replaced it, but the old one was still in use. This feels like theft. I plan to protest outside their store until I get my camper back. If you see me there, please stop by for a chat—I can almost guarantee you won’t want to buy a camper from them after hearing my story. If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. Stay away from them, especially the service department, which clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers. The service department manager has been particularly unhelpful.

Worst experience ever when doing an investment like this. Sales Person (Ramon Fuertes) was excellent...no doubt about that but the Finance Department was a mess, no communication whatsoever until the day of picking the unit up. After that, I had to bring the unit back a month later because just before I left on the day of pick up I was told that they had to order a new under belly because the technician messed up the one that came with the unit. They told me 1 to 2 days after I dropped it off. It has been 9 days now and I can't even talk to the original tech that received my unit so another tech answered my calls not knowing what is going on with my unit and telling me that Jorden will call me back. I called again today, no luck, asked for the Service Manager, no luck, contacted the CEO which I have two surveys to fill out, no luck. Horrible Dealer...PLEASE STAY AWAY! Is been the worst experience ever.
