Had a great experience in the service department last month. I just recently bought my CTS in Bradenton and I discovered an oil leak from the Timing Cover Gasket and I brought my car in and was taken car of very wonderfully. Enjoying a breakfast in the waiting room because I had no time to eat before I left my house. I was also taken all the way home by an excellent driver in a XT5 due to the waiting time for the service on my car. The service was free of charge due to me just buying the car and also under CPO. I also just had my oil changed on my Cadillac today and I had an amazing experience. Dean was very helpful to letting me know how long it will be and what exactly they will be doing and when. I love this place!!

IM ACTUALY WRITING THIS REVIEW FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. IM A MANAGER AT AN INDEPENDANT REPAIR SHOP. MY LOCAL HONDA DEALER TOLD ME THAT PARTS THAT I WAS NEEDING FOR A CUSTOMER VEHICLE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. AFTER OVER A MONTH OF SEARCHING THROUGH ALL OF THE INTERNET LOOKING FOR THE PARTS. I DECIDED TO TAKE A CHANCE AND SEE IF MAYBE AN EAST COAST DEALER MIGHT HAVE THE PART JUST LAYING AROUND. FIRST PLACE I CALLED WAS, TAMPA HONDA. LOW AND BEHOLD THE PARTS PERSON (STEVE ) FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, WITHIN 5 MIN. I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND , STEVE , FOR HIS ASSISTANCE.
