Your surveys are incomplete. The service from Tom Gamlin was great. The service from the insurance company supplying parts was very bad supplying used parts that were damaged and had to be replaced with new parts. My car not being done on time was the insurance companies fault and not Tom Gamlin. You reviewed him and held that against him. He had nothing to do with the finishing time if they didn't supply correct parts on time. I want you to change his evaluation from me to excellent across the board and not hold him accountable for any long delivery. I am referring to speed of service which you misinterpreted and held that against him. You need to change that to excellent.. Please reply back.

From estimate to vehicle pick up, a smooth and seamless experience. Got called twice a week with updates on repair progress. Finished work was second to none. This shop came highly recommended by a friend who had work done on her car. I am very satisfied with the work at the price I paid. Very professional auto body technicians made my car look like new. I was looking for flaws but didn't find any. Thank you Mike, Jon and the rest of the team for taking good care of my car.

In the past and before buying any car I would spent hours researching the dealer, the brand, their pricing but always neglected to check their service department. Blaine gets 5 stars every time. The service area is safe, clean, spacious and comfortable, pricing for maintenance and repairs is affordable and straight forward. I am driving my fifth Subaru, good brand, great vehicle, Blaine is an outstanding service advisor which tells me I got the best car, from the best dealer getting the best overall service experience. I have been dealing with Subaru of Port Richey since 2016. They have an amazing team of people and a fantastic service department! Spencer has been my "go to guy" when it comes to taking care of both of our vehicles. We can plan our maintenance to keep the cars running properly with his guidance. This dealership is almost two hours from where we live and there is actually another Subaru dealership in our city. However, we are willing to take the drive down since we trust them so much. Our experience with Spencer has been wonderful! Thanks for the awesome service!!
