Beware with this dealer , be careful purchasing a car that will be clean car fax and zero accident on reports but on reality was in a accident , after I inspect the car I found that is been in a collision resulting in from damage but they didn't fix it right and lie about it so now I'm stock with a bad car and they won't do anything to fix this problem, go to firskin mitsubishi or other dealer don't deal with liers just be careful .

I have been waiting for months for warranty work to be done to my vehicle, finally got an appointment to have the work done on a Saturday, I have to drive over an hour to bring my car in for service. I got there and they don't have the parts, even though they knew in advance what I was coming in to have done. It has been over 3 months and they still don't have the parts to work on my car. It's like they are all nice to you to get you to purchase a vehicle but once you do, they could care less about you and what happens to you.

After this visit I would rate very high the sales person I dealt with (Mukesh Bharadwaj) . He was very nice, funny, and, what's more important, went out of his way to please the customer. Any dealership to have him is lucky. Unfortunately, not this dealership. After spending a few hours reviewing the car, we've been transferred to a "sales officer" to finalize the deal. He informed us that, in fact, there's a $500 fee that applies to us, which was not mentioned to us before. When we tried to reason and, maybe, come up with some solution, he called in the gentleman by the name of Jim Bryan or Bryans, who told us to complete the deal now or get out of the office and into the lobby. We weren't ready to finalize the deal, so we did that. After we've tried to approach a sales manager (Tim), mr. Bryan showed up again, saying "Don't answer them! We don't want their business!", and to us "Leave, now!". What can one say after that?Never would visit that dealership again, they try to hit you with hidden charges at the end of the process.

Bait and switch operation. Dave quotes you a price for new outboard motor and rigging then you get 3 separate phone calls during the day asking if you want a fuel gauge? Thats extra! Then another call whether you want smis gauge thats extra! When Dave gives you his quick explanation of how everything works he does not know the first thing about the smis gauge. He thinks it does not have an hour meter which it does. He thinks its just a beeper that goes off at 20 hours and 100 hours and you pull on red button 3 times to shut off. That doesn't work continues to beep until you take it to dealer. There is an hour meter on smis gauge you just have to read the manual and program it in yourself with no help from Dave. Maybe Dave should open the manual so he knows a little something about what he is selling. I noticed when I brought the boat home after they installed new 300hp motor that it started with both batteries off on perko switch. I asked them if that was normal at the 20 hour service and they said that is how your old motor was hooked up. For 10 years I had to turn the battery switch on to start my old yamaha so I think they switched a wire or perko switch went bad. They wanted more money to check wiring that they wired! They are on the greedy side. Tom is the person who tries to make sure you aren't upset when you leave but only makes it worse when he makes comments like Oh and we noticed that your negative wire is loose on battery and that may burn up your computer. My question for Tom would be why did you not take the 30 seconds to tighten the negative for me. They want more money for that I guess. After all I just spent $24,000 with your dealership! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!

Just to clarify, I visited the Fort Myers location on Colonial not Bonita.
I was greeted by a nice gentlemen in the service line who directed me inside to the front desk. The lady there was very pleasant and called her associate to let her know that I had an appointment. I was quickly greeted by Rose after her call. She was fantastic. Although she mentioned she was new she seemed to know so much about her job. Rose was very friendly and accommodating. I had just moved from New York and needed to get in the Suzuki system here to keep up-to-date with my leasing maintenance. Rose was able to input my info and update my service info. In addition to her great customer service, the gentlemen who worked on my car did an excellent job! They had me out in very good time and I was ultra satisfied with their work. They inspected, oil changed, and gave my Kizashi a nice cleaning in and out. I look forward to my next servicing for sure. I also asked Rose to keep me in mind if another 6-speed Manual transmission comes on the lot as I would be very interested. I love this car and would be excited to drive a new modle.
