Shannon Smith was so helpful and knowledgeable educating me about the Genesis brand, their various models, and the particular vehicle I chose. There was never any pressure from Shannon or the finance team. It was a totally friendly and satisfying experience.

Good luck trying to get any communication at all from this dealership, which is an embarrassment to the brand Hyundai is working so hard to build. After trying for a week to get ahold of the single Genesis rep at the dealership, leaving messages, waiting on hold (just to be hung up on), I am fed up. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. I’ll be going somewhere that will value me as a customer and if you’re reading this, I suggest you do the same.
