In this day and age of so many people taking other people's performance for granted, for me it is imperative that superb performance be timely and widely recognized, and such is the case for two of your superior employees, Samuel Roldan and Josuha Tully. My daughter and I visited your dealership in search of a comfortably outfitted Jeep and from the moment we walked in the door and were introduced to Samuel, our visit was nothing short of incredible. Samuel was professional, personable, proactive, informative, dedicated, flexible and the list goes on and on! Samuel listened to our requests and then explained thoroughly and succinctly what was available and whether or not it could suit our desires. Regardless of what was discussed, his attention to detail was spot on and at no time did he fall into the "high pressure" sales mode so prevalent in today's business activities. Samuel is an extremely valuable employee and should be recognized and compensated for his superior attitude and performance - he was a pleasure with whom to coordinate and one of the main reasons for our decision to purchase a Jeep that day.
Much the same could be said for the superb performance of Joshua Tully as he expertly guided us through the rigors of the financial implications of our purchase. Extremely knowledgeable with a keen ability to successfully explain all aspects of our purchase, Joshua, like Samuel, was a please with whom to deal and should likewise we recognized and compensated. Please express our thanks and gratitude to both Samuel and Joshua for a job incredibly well done.
I do not make these statements lightly as I have been involved in various customer service activities for over 54 years - over 21 years in various command and staff positions in the Army around the world; followed by 19 years in commercial real estate building and managing millions of square feet of space for numerous high profile and demanding high profile organizations such as the FBI, DEA, ATF and the Courts, to name just a few; and now for the last 14 years, I have served as a Director for the U.S. General Services Administration, the Government's landlord. With this background as a foundation, I believe that I am at least marginally qualified to comment on a person's performance and, in that regard, Samuel and Joshua are "superstars"
