I had to stop here while on the road. they said I needed breaks. while with the dealer an employee accidently smashed the front grill of my caravan. The dealer agreed they did the damage. told me to get my car fixed and they would reimburse me. The bill was very low. The repair shop only charged for the part. and the dealership won't reimburse me even though they have the bill and promised they would reimburse me. We are only talking $350. Very Sad

Currently dealing with a situation with this dealership where my warranty claim was never submitted. 3 weeks and no return phone calls later I finally reach the service department to find no manager at work to submit it and a General Manager, Scott Downer, who is “too busy” to take a call. Still no resolution in site.

I am absolutely livid with the Spence Cadillac dealership. After my recent service visit, I discovered significant damage to the paint on my factory rims that will not come off. Almost as if they were sprayed with acid and it wasn’t removed in time. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue by calling them multiple times and sending 2 detailed emails, but I have been completely ignored. No returned calls, no emails, nothing. This level of negligence and lack of customer service is infuriating. This is unacceptable.
