Had my Genesis serviced last month and Joe my service advisor did a great job...he was flexible and stayed with it till it got the attention it needed. I will be going back for my 65k service next month and will definitely ask for Joe in Service again.

Also Check your final invoices they will change your email address in order for you not to receive a review of your service visit so it won’t affect their CSI scores and affect their incentives/bonus. They changed my email address by adding a 1 at the end of my name, not smart!!

Went to get an oil change and cost me $260. 100 for labor and 160 for oil and filter.. had my oil changed previously at a different dealership and it was only $62 total. Go here if you wanna be ripped off.
