I've never been treated so rudely, felt so scammed, or had a worse experience with a dealership. The extended platinum warranty I purchased a year ago on a new KIA Forte was totally worthless. The service department claimed it was my fault that the car was damaged, however, they couldn't show any damage. They "fixed" the car, and $1800 out-of-pocket later, it still had the same problem. They claimed it was a software issue. Why wasn't that checked in the beginning? I bet it would have saved me a ton of money. Also, they refused to put gas in the loner vehicle that I had to have when they "re-fixed" the car. Never again!

Great service department with 2 of the GM master technicians in the area. Great value even in this current economy. Randi is wonderful and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

"Thanks for the rescue Langdale Ford" Wanted to thank the Langdale Ford Service Team & Derrick Jones for getting us back on the road on an interrupted start of our vacation. Our F-150 broke down on our way from Florida to Michigan. They squeezed us in, diagnosed the couple problems we had with our truck and had us rolling again the next morning....It was even covered under a combination of our drive train and extended warranties. They could not have be more professional or courteous. Hopefully we never have another emergency service requirement, but it is great to know that there is such a great service department there on our future travel to or through Valdosta. I needed a tire and fast. Hiram (hope I spelled it right) helped me out and didn't pressure me into anything. Replaced my tire and put it on in under a hour at a good price. Found this place when I searched tires buckhead and the reviews sounded good so I thought I'd try them. Glad I did, thanks.
