I've never been treated so rudely, felt so scammed, or had a worse experience with a dealership. The extended platinum warranty I purchased a year ago on a new KIA Forte was totally worthless. The service department claimed it was my fault that the car was damaged, however, they couldn't show any damage. They "fixed" the car, and $1800 out-of-pocket later, it still had the same problem. They claimed it was a software issue. Why wasn't that checked in the beginning? I bet it would have saved me a ton of money. Also, they refused to put gas in the loner vehicle that I had to have when they "re-fixed" the car. Never again!
