The service department is great! The service was finished when promised. The next day I heard a new rattle. I drove the rep around the parking lot. He identified the wheel flap was loose and had it fixed with me out of the door in less than 20 minutes. There are other dealerships closer to where I live, but it is well worth the drive! Keep up the great customer service experience!

My service visit today was awesome. Sean was great and really went out of his way to make sure that my problem was taken care of and all the proper paperwork submitted under my warranty. He was good about keeping me updated on the timing of my repairs and could not have been nicer and more professional.

I worked with Zach Hamby in the service department for two new front tires and alignment service. Mr. Hamby was excellent throughout the process. When I called the dealer to arrange service, Mr. Hamby was great about communicating, aided in a price match for the tires themselves, thoroughly described what the dealership would do, made sure I knew the timeline for ordering the tires, and was great at the dealership when we dropped off the car. Overall, I was extremely pleased with his handling my service needs and his professionalism.
