I had an appointment for the 18 of August, but after talking to my Sale Consultant Greg Moore he talked to Brandi in the service department and she was able to get me in on the 21 of August for the recall of my 2022 Kia Telluride. Everything was taken care of in less than 2 hours.

Service dept over charges on service work not using the Honda Internal Service Guide for labor times. So for those unfamiliar if you take a vehicle here other than an Acura you’re going to be charged the labor time of an Acura not the Make, Model of your vehicle. Please do your research and price checking with other dealers before going here. It was a lesson learned and trust, I will not be going back for any service.
