Bought a high end luxury car and now not even a week after buying it the car is at the Lexus dealership in for $2000 extra for repairs that those guys hid. Basically they cleared the codes and kept the codes cleared. It wasnt until after 100 miles of driving that the check engine light comes on.
They tried to charge me for things that werent ever done. They didnt know if there was an extra key to come with the car b/c they picked it up at a sister dealership and it was closed by the time we got there on Sat evening so they couldnt verify if there was a key or not. Our agreement was they will 50% and we will pay 50% if a key is needed to be made. Well they did charge us $250 for the key but then I called the actual Lexus dealership on how much a key costs to make. $337 total with 1 hour of labor for programming. Then I gave Lexus the seriel number to see if a key was even made b/c all service work is to be tracked for every car and nothing was on file for them showing a key was made. So they lied and the owner Rickey couldnt show proof of the invoice from Lexus showing the key was made. Completely lied to me.
Bad business and I recommend anyone else to go and buy another car from somewhere else. Dont trust these people.
