Mercedes-Benz of Maui proved how proud we are to own another Mercedes Benz, our 8th over 45 years. We were treated with the respect graciousness fitting a luxury car purchase. Finding a used GLC in excellent condition proved to be a challenge at an uncertain time ( on and off tariff threats ). Chris and Christen kept us informed and notified us when a car that met our needs came in. Only a few weeks before we shopped the Honolulu dealership, where we were treated in an insulting manner, they made assumptions about our ability to pay without any knowledge of our financial condition even after learning we were lifetime brand loyal. The Honolulu dealership should loose there Mercedes franchise. We could not give the Maui dealership a higher recommendation.
