Your service advisor (JD) is excellent. Don’t lose him. He’s the best part of your service. The worst part of your service is your labor rate. I was there an hour and a half and that included time for the car wash. Charge for labor was $484. After 35 years and 6 of your cars, this could be it.

Had to take my car in for service at Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu people there are so nice and friendly. I have so much gratitude for this dealership. My sales advisor. Adrian always takes the time to help us with what we need with our car. This dealership always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I had an emergency with my car and the loaner department help me get into a loaner at the last minute thank you guys for everything you guys are the best. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone else shout out for our sales advisor Adrian, Derek. if anyone is thinking about buying a Mercedes-Benz request, Adrian, Derek for your sales advisor, I would recommend him. He always will give you good advice and always recommend the right decisions for your car. I would give the dealership a 10 out of 10 they don’t treat you like people they treat you like family.😇❤️

Great service after 13 years since last new car! - 12345

It's been 13 years since I bought a new car. I don't remember getting this great treatment or great deal. My salesman, Iven, was very experienced and a good salesman. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. He made sure we got what we wanted. We got some great military specials too. I would highly recommend this dealership.
